Follow These Steps to Help Your Find Your Vision.
First Define Your Vision.
Vision means: “The ability to think about or plan the future with imagination and wisdom.”
Wisdom comes from God’s unmerited favor and is something the world does not have. It is not something you can study for, or acquire with your own efforts. We need to continue each day to ask God for wisdom.
What is your vision today?
If homeschooling is your vision, then embrace it, and start researching it. You might say; ‘I am just a mother, -how can I be expected to do this?” -Or you can proudly say; ‘As a mother I am already doing what amounts to many jobs!’
Do not allow your lack of education or confidence limit you.
Go out and do the following…
- Speak to fellow mothers about your vision,
- Pray daily about your vision,
- Read up on all you can about your vision.
- Seek all the guidance you feel you need to make your vision a reality.
At Shalom Ministries, they say; “If your vision doesn’t scare you it’s not big enough’.‘You must attempt something that is so big that, if it is not of God, it is doomed to fail. ”
Why is that? Well, when it succeeds no one will be able to say that it was only you who did that. They will say, “Surely that was of God, because no mere mortal could ever have accomplished something as awesome as that!”
“He said to me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.” 2 Corinthians 12: 9
When you are weak, you can be made strong through God. Embrace this verse and proclaim it daily.
Are You Confused?
- Are you a person who is confused about your child’s education?
- Is your vision unclear?
- Does following the crowd seem easier?
If the answer is yes to the above, then draw away!.. Focus on God and let Him give you the vision for your child’s education, -then run with it. The answer is to get started and allow God to expand your vision, as He sees your faithfulness.
God wants to be your partner!
He wants to say to us; “You are My partner. I want you to share My throne and tell Me what I can do for you.”
You will soon realize how asking God to be your vision partner pleases Him. You will also find that you suddenly have peace of mind.
We all want our children to believe in our goodness, in our love for them, in our ability to provide for them and in our faithfulness. Why should we believe that God wants anything less for us?
“And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.” John 14:13
Just keep asking…
Visualise first… and start seeing yourself with the answer.
- See yourself homeschooling.
- See yourself living the dream you have envisioned.
- See yourself enjoying each day with your children.
- See the results of the fruits of your labor.
This type of vision results in lasting and abiding fruit, from generation to generation. When you can see it, then believe it and pray in faith, and you will have what you asked for!
“Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.” Isaiah 60:1
Just having the presence of the Lord in your life makes you a success. With God your vision will become a successful reality.
Rekindle Your Vision.
Later on you might think; “My vision is growing cold.” Rekindle it! Before you go out to face the day, get on your knees beside your bed and ask God for forgiveness, if your vision has died. Ask him to rekindle and light up the vision which He previously gave to you…
– Ask the Lord Jesus Christ to put a new fire into your heart and soul!
Remember that all your strength is from the Lord.
No measure of striving will help you obtain outstanding homeschooling victories. Jesus makes all things possible. Meditate today on the foundation of your salvation— which is faith in Christ. Build upon this trust in the Lord, and let Him accomplish all things through you. When a battle arises, do not fear, for the love God has for you, will compel Him to save you…
“When you stop doing things in your own strength and start depending on God’s divine favour, you will begin to experience Jesus-kind of results.”
Thought For The Day.You don’t always get what you pray for. When you pray in God’s will, you will get what you believe and see yourself receiving…
Go and be Awesome!
Prayer: Lord, please guide, encourage and comfort me each and every day. Thank you for the daily strength you provide -and for taking my hand and leading me to victory. Thank you that with You all things are possible. Bless me each and every step of the way, as I pursue my homeschooling vision. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
